Classic Green Juice
This juice is one of the classics of the raw food world. It is great at any time of day but a lot people like me have it first thing in the morning.
Within 20 minutes the 7 fruit and vegetables it contains will already be coursing through your bloodstream setting you up nutritionally for a great start to your day.

Knife and Juicer
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 handfuls kale
- 1 stick celery
- 1/2 courgette
- 1/4 long cucumber
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/4 lemon or lime if you prefer
- Ice (optional)
Method
Sandwich the kale between the apples and the other veg and put through the juicer. Pour into a glass and add ice if you wish. Enjoy!
