Please arrive on time for your appointment. Doors are open 5 minutes before the start of appointments and if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule if the diary is particularly busy. The cost of your session is from the start time of your appointment (especially hair services), so if you are late you will still be charged for the full session.

We do have a 48 hour cancellation policy and understand that 'life' happens and it may be necessary from time to time for clients to cancel sessions.
If you need to do so, please advise us as soon as possible. This will enable someone else who is on the waiting list to be given the next available appointment and to be notified in good time.

  Please be aware that short notice appointments are not always available but we will, however, make every effort to accommodate you within the shortest timescale.

Tassahai offers bespoke one to one services in a comfortable setting. Only persons attending for services are expected, so please do not bring anyone else with you – including children as it is their nature to become bored, restless and require your attention after a short period of time which will inevitably hamper the enjoyment of your session.

 Payment for services rendered will be discussed at your consultation.
